Payroll calculated from actual attendance
No export to a spreadsheet followed by manual sums. The salary is calculated inside the system from the same record that holds the punches and the leave.

From the attendance report to the salary
Whatever affects pay is gathered from its source: worked days, absence, lateness, overtime and unpaid leave.
- Approved overtime hours are added
- An approved excuse is not deducted
- Absence and lateness are calculated under the rules you define
Fines, rewards and fees
Additions and deductions outside attendance are recorded by type and appear in the salary of their month.
- Fine, reward and fee types you define yourselves
- Recorded per employee with date and reason
- Each item appears in detail in the salary report
One salary report
A report showing, for each employee, what is due, what is deducted and the net amount, with payroll settings you configure once.
- Payroll calculation settings in one place
- A report for each month
- Figures trace back to their source when reviewed
Questions about this feature
Is the system integrated with the Wage Protection System, Mudad or GOSI?
There is no direct integration at present. The system calculates the salary and produces its report, and you upload to those platforms yourselves.
Does the system transfer salaries to the bank?
No. The system calculates the amounts; payment goes through your usual channels.
